CELEBRATIONS

Listed below are five examples of what we can provide for a buffet party at Abbraccio. These examples are particularly appropriate for holiday parties, office parties or even casual wedding receptions. These prices are based on a minimum of 25 guests and can be booked in the Abbraccio private room. Prices include food and beverages listed.

Tax and 18% service charge (gratuity) is additional.  We can cater these parties at other locations, including rooms on the Penn campus and other University City locations. In this case there may be a charge for the room and/or for special equipment needed at the remote location.

*Note: For holiday parties seasonal decorations and eggnog (our famous homemade “spiked” eggnog for examples 3-5) and holiday-style cookies and brownies are included at the same price.

*Note: We are frequently asked “How can I get my price lower than the quoted prices?” Here are some options we would consider to lower the price:

▪ Reduce the number of food items

▪ Change the make-up of food items to a less expensive “mix”
▪ Larger parties are usually less expensive per-person
▪ Have your party on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
▪ Have a party that is only three hours instead of four
▪ Have a cash bar for liquor drinks or arrange to provide each guest with one            or two “drink tickets” after which guests will have to pay cash
▪ Have a simpler buffet where a chef is not required
